Acceptable Use Policy

Scope

This policy applies to the entire redirect chain, not only the first destination URL configured in the dashboard. Customers are responsible for final landing pages, intermediate redirects, cloaking behavior, scripts, iframes, and third-party content reached through tracking links.

Strictly Prohibited Use

• Illegal gambling, betting, casino, lottery, illegal financial or payment activity.
• Fraud, scams, phishing, brand impersonation, fake investment schemes, or illegal sale of personal data.
• Malware, exploit kits, hacking tools, ransomware, harmful content, terrorism, violent extremism, or incitement.
• Illegal goods or services including drugs, weapons, forged documents, human trafficking, counterfeit goods, and IP-infringing goods.
• Spam, unsolicited email/SMS link distribution, fake leads, bot clicks, DDoS, scraping, reverse engineering, or account abuse.
• Any content or activity violating Vietnamese law or applicable international law.

Consequences

Violations may result in link disablement, campaign disablement, account suspension, termination without refund, evidence retention, and reporting or log disclosure to lawful authorities.

No Active Monitoring Obligation

The provider is not obligated to proactively monitor every customer URL or redirect chain. The provider may act when receiving abuse reports, lawful requests, or credible evidence of misuse.
