Data Collected

• Account data: name, username, email, password hash, admin status.
• Operational data: campaigns, links, click logs, lead logs, reports, audit logs.
• Tracking data: IP-derived hashes, packed IP for leads, referrer, user-agent, timestamps.
• Legal evidence: link compliance confirmations and abuse handling records when applicable.

Use of Data

Data is used to operate tracking, prevent duplicate leads, secure the service, generate reports, investigate abuse, enforce Terms/AUP, and respond to lawful requests.

Retention

Operational logs and legal evidence may be retained for at least 5 years for investigation, dispute handling, fraud prevention, and compliance purposes.

Secrets

Application secrets such as APP_KEY and APP_IP_SALT must be protected outside database backups. Losing these secrets may break URL decryption or duplicate-IP continuity.
